Embibe has traversed a long journey from a data-centric product to an AI platform. On this journey, we have realised that the most powerful teams are: 1. After exploring a deeply functional organisational structure in engineering, we are now evolving towards a problem-solving team structure that manifests at the platform and backend level as an agile team supporting a unified front-end and augmented by a strong Architect + Principal Engineer + Advisory Group for technical mentoring. This document outlines the problem statement and other aspects of the Enterprise Tech and Support.

THE PROBLEM STATEMENT

We want to build a scalable enterprise technology architecture and infrastructure for the Embibe platform such that it is scalable and can support a large number of learners connecting with the platform for both live (synchronous) as well as asynchronous (i.e. content consumption) learning.

We are inspired by Cloudflare.

THE OBJECTIVES

  • To build a scalable enterprise technology architecture and infrastructure for the Embibe platform such that it can support a large number of learners connecting with the platform for both:
  • Live (Synchronous) Learning
  • Asynchronous (i.e. Content Consumption) Learning

PRODUCT MANIFESTATION OF YOUR EFFORT

  • To build a scalable platform which leverages distributed hardware and supports the JIT scalability aspect to support practically millions of parallel users
  • To deliver scalable product architecture so that learners can parallelly access both synchronous and asynchronous learning models and content

BUSINESS MANIFESTATION OF YOUR EFFORT

It will lead to the ability to scale the platform to support a large number of users and be stable such that there are fewer crashes.
