In nature, evaporation takes place all the time. Sometimes it is slow, sometimes it is fast. Temperature affects evaporation more. Hence, evaporation takes place faster on a sunny day. The heat from the sun changes the forms of water. In the intense heat, water vapours are formed which rise high into the atmosphere. Here, these vapours cool down to form clouds which give rain. Rain may occur on a cloudy day. Hail occurs on a cold day. When raindrops freeze into ice pellets or small balls of ice, while passing through a very cold region, they fall down as hail. Moving air is called wind and when the wind blows slowly, it is called breeze. Breeze occurs on pleasant day. The amount of water vapour in the air is called humidity.
