Exam Counselling

Exam counselling

Student Counselling

Counseling is not just when you go to a therapist to work through your relationship problems. Counseling is defined as, "Guidance or advice was given to assist someone in resolving difficulties or making decisions."

Counseling is the process of discussing and working through personal issues with a trained professional. The counselor assists you in developing good solutions to your difficulties by assisting you in clarifying issues, exploring possibilities, developing strategies, and increasing self-awareness.

While dealing with worry and stress, the Student Counselling Cell tries to help students become self-aware and reach their full potential. Students can share their academic and social concerns in a cheerful and comfortable setting provided by the counseling cell.

  • Be self-assured and meticulous in your preparation.
  • Divide the syllabus into manageable sections.
  • Don't jeopardise your mental and physical well-being. Aside from exam preparation, always take ample pauses and arrange physical and mental workouts.
  • Make no comparisons to other students. Your journey is unique to you, and you should focus on improving your scores rather than comparing yourself to others.
  • Don't be discouraged if your mock tests don't go smoothly. Recognise your errors and try again.
