The job profile for Officer Scale I in IBPS RRB is nearly identical to that of Provisional Officers (PO) in commercial banks. They must supervise and monitor the bank’s regular operations. To be eligible for IBPS RRB 2023, candidates must satisfy the following:

• They must be Indian citizens and hold an authorized document the Government of India issued, or a subject of Nepal or,
• Or a subject of Bhutan or,
• a Tibetan Refugee who came to India prior to January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India or,

IBPS RRB Officer Scale I Education Qualification

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)	Candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline can apply for the IBPS RRB Office Assistant post. Candidates should also be proficient in the local language and know about basic computers.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)	Candidates must graduate in any discipline to qualify for IBPS RRB Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager). However, candidates who have graduated in Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering Pisciculture, Agriculture Horticulture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology Management Forestry Animal Husbandry Law Economics and Accountancy will be given priority during selection. Candidates should be proficient in the local language and should also know computer skills.
Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer	Candidates must be passed in graduation in any subject with at least 50% aggregate marks. The candidates who have completed their graduation degree in Horticulture Forestry Animal Husbandry Banking, Finance Marketing Agriculture Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology Veterinary Science Agricultural Engineering Pisciculture Management Law Economics and Accountancy will be given priority at the time of selection. The candidates should also have at least 2 years of work experience as an Officer in a Bank/ Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-III	Candidates who are holding graduation in any subject with at least 50% aggregate marks can apply for Officer Scale-III. The candidates who have completed their graduation degree in Forestry Animal Husbandry Veterinary Science Agricultural Engineering Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Banking Finance Marketing Agriculture Horticulture Pisciculture Information Technology Management Law Economics and Accountancy will be given preference.
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (IT)	Candidates holding a degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology with at least 50% marks can apply for the Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (IT) post. Candidates who also have a certificate in SP PHP C++ Java VB VC OCP, etc., will be given preference. The candidates should have at least 1-year of work experience.
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (CA)	Candidates must be Certified Associates (CAs) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Candidates should also have 1-year of work experience in the related field.
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (LA)	Candidates must hold a degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks. The candidates should also have full 2 years of work experience as an advocate, or the candidates should have worked as Law Officers in Banks/ Financial Institutions.
