In this process milk is heated at high temperature of 70 ° C for 15 to 30 seconds and then cooled quickly in low temperatures. (f)-(ii) Antibiotics are chemicals produced by some microbes and kill some infectious bacteria. It was discovered by Alexander Fleming. (g)-(i) Vaccination is a method to prevent disease. It contains dead or weak pathogen. The vaccine of small pox was discovered by Edward jenner.
