In the biological drawing, there are certain rules that need to be followed. In the drawing of the student, discontinuous overlapping lines are shown. Shading is also seen in the drawing. In this drawing, the nucleus is drawn as a solid blob. These things should be avoided.
In the labelling, should include a title, stating what the specimen is. Label lines should stop exactly at the structure being labelled and do not use arrowheads. The labellings do not cross over each other. Labels should be written horizontally. Do not write them at the same angle as the label lines. In the given picture, the student uses arrowheads and labels lines show cross over. The labels are not in the horizontal plane. There is no heading in the given figure. These things should be avoided during the labelling of a biological drawing.
