Hence, the mean of the given data is $39.71 %$ .

From this data we can conclude that:

The total percentage of female teachers in India is less than male teachers.

The percentage of female teachers in only $1$ state is more than or equals to $75 %$ .

In $11$ states the percentage of female teachers is between $25 % - 35 %$ .

In $7$ states the percentage of female teachers is more than $55 %$ .
