 Draw a pair of parallel lines $4 \mathrm{cm}$ apart using ruler and compass.
 

 Draw a line $\mathrm{AB}$ parallel to $\mathrm{PQ}$ at a distance of $3 \mathrm{cm}$ from it using ruler and compass.
 

Take any three non-collinear points $\mathrm{A},\mathrm{B},\mathrm{C}$ and draw $∆\mathrm{ABC}$. Through each vertex of the triangle, draw a line parallel to the opposite side using ruler and compass.
 

Draw any line $AB$. Mark any point $P$ at a distance of $4 \mathrm{cm}$ from it. Through $P$, draw line $CD\Vert AB$ using ruler and compass.
 

 Draw a line $PQ$. Take any point $R$ outside $PQ$. Through $R$, draw a line $\mathrm{RS}$ parallel to $\mathrm{PQ}$ with scale and compass.
