Construct a tangent to a circle of radius $4 \mathrm{cm}$, from a point which is at a distance of  $6 \mathrm{cm}$ from its centre.

Divide it into triangle $\mathrm{BCD}$ and $\mathrm{ABD}$ by the diagonal $\mathrm{BD}$. Construct a triangle $\mathrm{BD}\text{'}\mathrm{C}\text{'}$similar to $△\mathrm{BDC}$ with scale factor $\frac{4}{3}$. Draw the line segment $\mathrm{D}\text{'}\mathrm{A}\text{'}$parallel to $\mathrm{DA}$, where $\mathrm{A}\text{'}$lies on extended side $\mathrm{BA}$. Is $\mathrm{A}\text{'}\mathrm{BC}\text{'}\mathrm{D}\text{'}$ a parallelogram.

Draw a circle with the help of a triangle. Take a point outside the circle. Construct a pair of tangents from this point to the circle.
