ACROSS
$(a)$ The number "Seventy-two lakh four thousand five hundred sixty-one" written in numerials is $(d)$ .

$(d)$ Predecessor of $9741$ is $9741 - 1 = 9740$ [Predecessor is one less than the given number]

$(e)$ Successor of $123456$ is $123456 + 1 = 123457$

$(g) C C L X V I + C X I X$ :

$C C L X V I = 100 + 100 + 50 + 10 + 5 + 1 = 266$

and, $C X I X = 100 + 10 + (10 - 1) = 119$

Thus, $C C L X V I + C X I X = 266 + 119 = 385$

$(i)$ Smallest $7$ -digit number: The smallest $7$ -digit number is $1000000$ .
