$(3 + 3 - 5) \times (15 - 5) \times 10 - 99 or (15 \times 2) \div 3 + (15 \times 2) \div 10 - (15 \times 2) \div 6$

We need to simplify a mathematical statement in a specific order.

The operations within the brackets need to be performed according to the following preference (BODMAS rule):

First, the bar or the vinculum $\bar{. . . . .}$ .

Then, the first bracket or parenthesis $()$

Then, the second bracket or the curly bracket $\{\}$

Lastly, the square bracket $[]$ .

The order of operation within brackets or when there are no brackets is: Of, Division, Multiplication, Addition and Subtraction.

Thus, we have, $(3 + 3 - 5) \times (15 - 5) \times 10 - 99$

$= (6 - 5) \times 10 \times 10 - 99$

$= 1 \times 10 \times 10 - 99$

$= 100 - 99$

$= 1$ .

And, $(15 \times 2) \div 3 + (15 \times 2) \div 10 - (15 \times 2) \div 6$

$= 30 \div 3 + 30 \div 10 - 30 \div 6$

$= 10 + 3 - 5$

$= 13 - 5$

$= 8$ .

Clearly, $8 > 1$ .

Therefore, $(15 \times 2) \div 3 + (15 \times 2) \div 10 - (15 \times 2) \div 6$ is bigger.
