Evaluate the following:
$\frac{5{\cos }^2{60}^{\mathrm{o}}+4{\sec }^2{30}^{\mathrm{o}}-{\tan }^2{45}^{\mathrm{o}}}{{\sin }^2{30}^{\mathrm{o}}+{\cos }^2{30}^{\mathrm{o}}}$. If the value is $\frac{k}{12}$, find $k$.
