Mixed farming:

Cattle rearing for milk and meat production is a crucial aspect of mixed farming.

It is mostly used in densely populated areas of Europe, the eastern United States, New Zealand, and South Africa.

The farmer uses a well-developed crop rotation system, which helps in retaining the fertility of the soil and further increases the yield.

Farmers generally expect strong returns because of efficient farming practices, easy transportation, and ready market in the nearby densely populated areas.
