Copy $\angle AOB$ shown in the given figure. Using a ruler and compass, construct an angle equal to $2\frac{1}{2}$times $\angle AOB$.

Draw any $\angle AOB$, such that $\mathrm{OA}=\mathrm{OB}=7 \mathrm{cm}$. Construct perpendicular bisector of $OA$ and $OB$. Let them meet at $P$. Is $PA=PB$? Verify by actual measurement.
