Accepted Answer

a) This is an unfair electoral practice, ministers can not make any announcement or flag off the new train before the polling day. It is against the election law.

b) This is a fair electoral practice, leaders can make promises for the benefit of the people in their constituency and those promises can only be fulfilled if they win.

c) This is an unfair electoral practice. Using any religious or caste basis to influence the voters is illegal and this can also lead to the cancellation of candidature.

d) This is also an unfair electoral practice, it is like bribing people in return for votes.
