(a) Representation of women to $12$ percent is the weakness in our electoral system. Women constitute fifty percent population of the country, and they have the right of $50$ percent.

(b) It is the strength of the electoral system. The election commission is an independent body, wherein, it can refuse to accept the government's advice when the election should be held.

(c) This is the weakness of the electoral system. It represents the unfair practices of the election that the rich can influence the people's choice.

(d) This is the strength of the electoral system, accepting the people's decisions. The statement "I respect the people's verdict" is the acceptance in the electoral system.
