Identify the historical monuments of Kashmir.

There are a number of historical monuments in Kashmir. The Mughals and the number of empires erected a lot of monuments like forts, mosques, gardens, etc.

Khanqah-i-Mualla- This is a wooden mosque architecture in Kashmir. It was built by Qutabuddin for saint, Shah-i- Hamdan.

Jamia Masjid Srinagar- Its a grand mosque built by Sultan Sikander. It was built in $1400$ AD. It was a project of Mir Mohammad Hamdani.

Hazratbal Shrine- Khawaja Nur-ud-Din Ishbari brought a relic called Moi Muqadas. This was kept in Bagh-i-Sadiq Khan which is known as Hazratbal. It was built in $1699$ during Aurangzeb.

Nagar Nagar City- A fortified wall was erected around a city called Hari Parbat. It was built in $1597$ . Though everything is ruined, some parts Sangin Darwaza, Kathi Darwaza are still there.

Mughals also contributed to the architecture by building inns and gardens. Khampora (inn), Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Chashme Shahi and Verinag all were built during Mughals.

Qila Hariparbat was built by Atta Mohammad, an Afghan governor. Shergari, Amira Kadel was built by Afghan mir Khan Jawan Sher.

Guru Bazar and Shaheed Gunj was built by Mehan Singh, a Sikh governor.
