Pedestrians have to cross only at the zebra crossing. The three colours are Red, Yellow and Green. The colour Amber or Orange is also used in place of Yellow.

Red indicates Stop. It tells the vehicle drivers to stop their vehicles.

Yellow indicates Slow to tell the drivers that the colour is changing to Red. Similarly, it also means getting ready for the stopped vehicles to start after some time.

Green indicates Go. It tells the drivers to move their vehicles ahead.
