(a) Sample A having resistivity 1 . 6 × 10 - 8 is best conductor of electricity as its resistivity is low. Sample B is an insulator because it has the highest resistivity. So, its resistance will be maximum. So, it acts like an insulator. More the resistivity more will be the resistance. But, if resistance is more then flow of current will be less. Hence, it will be bad conductor of electricity.
