Height of larger cylinder $(h_{1}) = 220 cm$
Height of smaller cylinder $(h_{2}) = 60 cm$

Radius of larger cylinder $(r_{1}) = \frac{d}{2} = \frac{24}{2} = 12 cm$
Radius of smaller cylinder $(r_{2}) = 8 cm$

Total volume of the pole $=$ volume of the larger cylinder + volume of the smaller cylinder

$= {πr}_{1}^{2} h_{1} + {πr}_{2}^{2} h_{2}$

$= 3.14 [(12^{2} \times 220) + (8^{2} \times 60)]$

$= 3.14 [144 \times 220 + 64 \times 60]$
