Equal Treatment for Equals- It is understood that all individuals share certain characteristics as humans, due to which they deserve equal rights and treatment in society.

These rights include civil rights like the right to life, liberty, and property, political rights like the right to vote, and social rights which as the right to enjoy equal opportunities in society.

For Example, People performing the same task from different religious and cultural backgrounds should be given equal opportunity and importance in society.

Proportionate Justice- It is the principle of rewarding people in equal proportions on the scale of their efforts. It would be fair and just to reward different kinds of work differently by taking into account the efforts taken, the skills required and the dangers involved in that work.

This principle of justice should be placed in a well-balanced manner with the principle of equal treatment.

For Example, The reward for a police officer and clerk should be different based on the efforts they take.

Recognition of Special Needs- This principle takes into account the special needs of people while distributing rewards and duties. This is a way of promoting social justice.

People should be treated equally based on their basic status and rights. Some factors which are considered grounds for special treatment are physical disabilities, lack of good education or health care.
