$= (2 \times 23 + 1 \times 12 + 3 \times 16) = 106 g$

Number of moles of ${Na}_{2} {CO}_{3}$ = $\frac{Given mass}{Molar mass} = \frac{5.3}{106} = 0.05 moles$
Number of molecules = Number of moles $\times$ Avogadro's number

Number of molecules of ${Na}_{2} {CO}_{3}$ = $6.022 \times 10^{23} \times 0.05 = 3.011 \times 10^{22}$ molecules.
