In a number tower, the new number is the sum of two numbers, below the new number.

We know that, the sum of any two negative integers is equal to the sum of their absolute values with a negative sign. And also, the sum of two integers of opposite signs is equal to the difference of their absolute values with the sign of the greater integer.

Now, for the fourth row

$- 5 + 6 = 1, 6 + (- 19) = - 13, (- 19) + (- 5) = - 24, - 5 + 7 = 2$

Therefore, the integers in the fourth row are $1, - 13, - 24, 2$

Now, for the third row

$1 + (- 13) = - 12, (- 13) + (- 24) = - 37, (- 24) + 2 = - 22$

Therefore, the integers in the third row are $- 12, - 37, - 22$ .

Now, for the second row

$(- 12) + (- 37) = - 49, (- 37) + (- 22) = - 59$

Therefore, the integers in the third row are $- 49, - 59$

Now, for the first row $- 49 + (- 59) = - 108$

Therefore, the integer in the first row is $- 108$ .
