Part XIV Services Under the Union and the States
- Part 14 of the Indian constitution deals with the provision of the Public Service Commissions at the level of the union and the state.
- As per article 312 of the Indian constitution, there is the provision of the constitution of the Union Public Service Commission at the level of the center and the State Public Service Commission at the state level.
