Adolescence is the transitional phase of puberty during which a young person develops from a child into an adult. The rate of growth in humans differs with age. A high rate of growth occurs during adolescent age, beginning about 11 years and coming to an end at about 14.

The period of human development that occurs during the teenage years between the end of childhood and the starting of adulthood is called puberty. During this period, boys and girls become sexually mature and are capable of reproduction.

Stress is the feeling of being under too much pressure either mental or emotional. An emotional or mental pressure becomes stress when we feel, we are unable to cope with unusually tense situations such as depression and anxiety. The glands that are located above the kidneys are known as adrenal glands. These adrenal glands are endocrine glands that release flight and fight hormones known as adrenalin. It controls blood pressure and helps the body fight stress.
