Features These animals have broad and flat teeth that help them bite leaves or stem of plant. These animals have sharp and pointed teeth that help them tear flesh of their prey. These animals have four types of teeth like canines, molars, premolars and incisors that help them eat different types of food.

Herbivores Carnivores Omnivores

Examples These animals are called primary consumers in a food chain. Cow, buffalo, goat, deer, elephant and horse are examples of herbivores. These animals are called secondary consumers in a food chain. Lion, tiger, leopard and wolf are examples of carnivores. These animals are called tertiary consumers in a food chain.
