Event: In physics, and in particular relativity, an event is the instantaneous physical situation or occurrence associated with a point in space-time. For example a glass breaking on the floor is an event; it occurs at a unique place and a unique time.
Observer: In special relativity an observer is a frame of reference from which a set of objects or events are being measured. Usually this is an inertial frame or inertial observer. Also, an inertial observer cannot accelerate at a later time, nor can be accelerating observer stop acceleration.
Frame of reference: It is a set of coordinates that can be used to determine positions and velocities of objects in that frame; Different frames of reference move more relative to one another inertia.
Inertial frame of reference: it is a frame of reference that is not undergoing acceleration. And inertial frame of reference, a physical object with zero net force acting on it moves with a constant velocity (which might be zero) or equivalently, it is a frame of reference in which Newton's first law of motion holds.
Non-inertial frame of reference: In a non-inertial frame of reference in classical physics and rest special relativity the physics of the system vary depending on the acceleration of that frame with respect to an inertial frame and the usual physical forces might be supplemented by fictitious forces.
