$= 4 {πr}^{2} + 2 πrh$

$= 2 πr (2 r + h)$

$= 2 \times 3.14 \times 3 (2 \times 3 + 16)$

$= 18.84 \times 22$

$= 414.48 {cm}^{2}$

The volume of solid $=$ Volume of two hemisphere $+$ Volume of cylinder
