Following are the criteria laid down by a company for the selection of Marketing Officer:
The candidate must
(i) be a graduate in any discipline with at least 55% marks.
(ii) have completed a postgraduate degree or diploma in Marketing Management with at least 65% marks.
(iii) be not less than 21 years and more than 28 years of age as on 1.3.2010.
(iv) have work experience of at least one year.
(v) have secured at least 50% marks each in the selection test and interview.
However, if a candidate satisfies all the above-mentioned criteria except
(a) at (i) above, but has secured at least 75% marks in HSC, his/her case is to be referred to the Marketing Head.
(b) at (iv) above, but is willing to sign a bond for five years, his/her case is to be referred to the HR Head.
