To become a member of the Lok Sabha, a candidate must be a citizen of India, not less than $25$ years of age. A candidate can be disqualified if- he holds any office of profit under the government of India or the government of any state; he is of an unsound mind, he has acquired the citizenship of another country.

Since Harshmohan is above $25$ years and is a citizen of India, he fulfills the eligibility criteria. But, he was involved in a case of domestic violence and has also taken bribes on numerous occasions. Though he was legally eligible for the post, morally he seems to be unfit. Thus, he is not an ideal person to contest in the election. Therefore, he should be disqualified to contest in the Lok Sabha election.
