Language and Literature of Haryana
1. The state of Haryana lies in the Hindi-speaking belt, hence, Hindi is the most popular language in the state. Whereas, other languages of the land include- Haryanvi, Punjabi, Urdu, and English. As per the report of 2019, Haryanvi was the mother tongue of 42% of the total population of the state.
