A- Mitochondria
Mitochondria are tiny organelle located inside the eukaryotic cells that are involved in cellular respiration. These are capable of production, storage and the releasing of energy in the form of ATP from the food. That's why mitochondria are often referred to as the powerhouse of the cell.

B- Endoplasmic Reticulum
The endoplasmic reticulum is a continuous network of the membrane, originated from the nuclear membrane. It helps in maintaining the position of various cell organelles in the cytoplasm. The outer surface of the endoplasmic reticular membrane may or may not be studded with ribosomes. According to the presence or absence of ribosome, the endoplasmic reticulum is classified as rough ER and smooth ER. The smooth ER helps in the synthesis of lipids, detoxification of drugs, etc. Rough ER is primarily involved in protein synthesis.
