and the measurement of the angle opposite to the side of length

To draw a triangle we will follow steps given below:

Draw a ray $A X$ with the help of scale.

Draw an angle $∠ X A Y$ of measurement $105 °$ with the help of protractor.

Cut off the line segment $A B$ of length $6 cm$ on the ray $A Y$ at $B$ .

Taking $B$ as centre, draw an arc of radius $9 cm$ which intersects $A X$ at $C$ .

On joining points $B and C$ we get the triangle $∆ A B C$ .

So, this is required triangle.

Now, if the length of $A B > B C$ then we cannot draw a triangle.
