A habitat is a place where an organism makes its home. A habitat meets all the environmental conditions an organism needs to survive. Organism differs due to the habitat they live in. An organism living in polar regions has thick fur whereas an organism living in water bodies has gills all because they have to adapt to their habitat. Forest, grassland, arctic region, ocean, desert are examples of habitat.

If the environment on the earth became the same everywhere then all the habitats will be the same. There will be no differences in habitat environment. All the animals living in that habitat have the same food chain and the same characteristic which help them to adapt to that habitat. Many kinds of species were not found, drastically living organisms were decreased with that unconditional environment. There will be no variation in organisms if the earth environment and habitat will become the same.
