The scientific project that deals with the study of base sequences of DNA molecules of complete set of chromosomes is called human genome project. It is used for the determination of the sequence and the counts of all the base pairs contained within the human genome, identification of all the genes that are contained within the human genome and determining the functioning of all the genes.
