So the central angle $= \frac{C o m p o n e n t v a l u e}{S u m o f t h e c o m p o n e n t v a l u e s} \times 360 °$ .

The central angle for each activity will be calculated as follows:

Wheat $\frac{125}{3}$ $\frac{125}{3} \times \frac{1}{100} \times 360 ° = 150 °$

Pulses $\frac{125}{6}$ $\frac{125}{6} \times \frac{1}{100} \times 360 ° = 75 °$

Jwar $\frac{25}{2}$ $\frac{25}{2} \times \frac{1}{100} \times 360 ° = 45 °$

Groundnuts $100$ $\frac{50}{3} \times \frac{1}{100} \times 360 ° = 60 °$

Vegetables $\frac{25}{3}$ $\frac{25}{3} \times \frac{1}{100} \times 360 ° = 30 °$

Steps of construction

$\to$ Calculate the central angle for each component, as shown in the previous step.

$\to$ Draw a circle of appropriate radius. $(Radius = \frac{Diameter}{2})$ ¹

$\to$ Within this circle, draw a radius.

$\to$ Draw another radius making central angle of first component with drawn radius, this sector represents the first component. From this radius, draw next radius with central angle of second component, this sector represents second component and so on, until we finish all the components.

$\to$ Shade each sector differently and mark the component it represents.
