If we want to keep the doors open, we need to take two magnets and place them on the door and the surface where it touches on closure. We need to make sure that the like poles or the similar poles face each other, in that case, the poles of the magnets will repel each other and the door will not get closed.

To close the doors firmly:
In order to close the doors firmly, we can again use two magnets and place them on the door and the surface where it has to attach itself. In this case, the opposite poles of the magnets used should be facing each other. Opposite poles or the unlike poles pull each other and this force helps in firm closing of the doors
