Joint is an area where two or more bones are attached for the purpose of permitting body parts to move. There are two types of joints: movable joints and immovable joints. Example of joints: Elbow joint where upper and lower arms meet, Ball and socket joint - the shoulder and hip region have the ball and socket joint.

Posture is the position in which we hold our bodies while standing, sitting, walking, or lying down. It is important to hold our body when we stand or walk. We must always sit straight with our body leaning on the back of the chair and feet resting flat on the floor. Incorrect posture can affect the proper growth of the bone.
