Poultry is the process of scientific rearing of variety of words having great role in the economic development of mankind. It includes all the domestic fowls, including chickens, turkeys, geese and ducks, raised for the production of meat or eggs.

The scientific method of beekeeping is known as Apiculture. A beehive is a vertical sheet of wax which is composed of a double layer of hexagonal cell or combs. There is storage cell at the top of the hive for the storage of honey. There are five well recognised species of honey bee found in the world. The three castes of bee are drone, worker and queen.

Scientific rearing of all beneficial organism like plants and animals living in water and their collection and use is known as aquaculture. From zoological point of view the part of aquaculture where different aquatic animals are there is known as fishery.
