The issue in Patalpuram was the scarcity of clean drinking water and lack of sanitation leading to the death of people due to diseases spreading out in the village, and also the problem was inadequate medical facilities to treat the diseased villagers.

Public meeting:- In that village, the people living there decided that MLA should take the responsibility to destroy the diseases faced by villagers and should provide proper healthcare facilities.

Legislative Assembly:- Another discussion done by the members of the Legislative Assembly is the need for proper sanitation and adequate healthcare was discussed with MLAs and requested the government to take immediate steps.

Press conference:- Similarly, during the press conference also, the minister, said to take steps for proper sanitation and healthcare and thus, water tankers should be provided with clean water to the villagers as the first priority.

Chief Minister:- Therefore, the chief minister then promised the villagers of proper sanctioning of funds for the health measures and the establishment of proper sanitation facilities.
