The capital that is considered as best is the Human Capital because there are countries like Japan that have invested in Human Resources as they don't have any natural resources.

Therefore, these countries are rich and developed because they have invested in their people in getting proper education and training and how they can utilise their skill, potential, and talent to create something that was not there in the country.

However, a country like India is blessed with both natural and human resources. Yet we fall under the category of developing nations because we are not utilising our technological knowledge, the potential to obtain maximum profit without over-exploitation of natural resources.

Therefore, it is required that India should invest more time and energy in Human Resources so that it can make other resources functional and thereby contribute to the welfare of society.
