Geography as a field of study is integrative and practical. Thus, the reach of geography is extensive. Each and every phenomenon over space and time are often studied geographically. It is defined as the relationship between the physical or natural and the human worlds, the spatial distribution of human phenomenon and the way they're available about, the social and economic difference between different parts of the planet. The core concern of geography as a discipline is to know the world as home of citizenry and to review all those elements that have sustained them.

Human geography covers wide fields and studies the presence of human processes and also the relationship of human and physical world, the pattern and distribution of social and economical human processes.
It makes study of geography more relevant by relating it to the physical and man-made world with full causal understanding hence making it more applicable to our daily lives. It not only helps us to know various problems, their causes and effects, but also helps us find an appropriate solution for them. In the present scenario the increasing discord between citizenry and nature leads to environmental destruction. Human geography becomes all the more important as it explains the connection between human and nature assuming highly important role in helping to bring back the environmental symphony and hence saving our planet.
