$N -$ Methylethanamine

$(d)$

$N, N -$ Dimethylmethanamine

In (a) and (b), $- N H_{2}$ group is attached to one $C$ atom. So, it is primary amine.
Nitrous acid $(H N O_{2})$ is a mono basic weak acid which is used to distinguish primary, secondary and tertiary amine.

When primary amines will liberate nitrogen gas on treatment with nitrous acid.
