Given the length of $AB=8.6 cm$ and the length of $CD=4.7 cm$. Construct a line segment $XY$ such that $XY = AB - CD$.

Given that $PQ = 7.5 cm$ and $RS = 3.4 cm$. Construct a line segment $AB$ such that the length of $AB$ is equal to the difference of the lengths of $PQ$ and $RS$.
