The measures of $\angle \mathrm{ACB}$ and $\angle \mathrm{ACD}$ are $\left(3x-17\right)°$ and $\left(8x+10\right)°$ respectively. Find the measures of $\angle \mathrm{ACB}$ and $\angle \mathrm{ACD}$. Also find the measures of $\angle \mathrm{A}$ and $\angle \mathrm{B}$.
