Find the perimeter of a rectangle whose adjacent sides are $3x-5y-4z$ and $x-3y+5z$

The perimeter of a triangle is $5x^2+3x-1$ and two of it's sides are $2x-5+7x^2$ and $3x^2+4-2x^3+x$. If the third side of the triangle is $a{x}^3+b{x}^2$, then find the value of $a+b$.
