ESIC SSO Selection Process 2023: The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) conducts the ESIC SSO for the post of Social Security Officer Manager Gr-II/Superintendent. ESIC SSO Exam Phase 1

• The exam can be attempted in either English or Hindi except for the English Language section
• For every right attempt, candidates will be awarded 1 mark.

ESIC SSO Exam Phase 3

• Candidates will have to prepare PowerPoint slides, and this test will carry 10 marks.
• There will be a typing test on MS Word with formatting, which will carry 20 marks.
• Candidates have to prepare tables and use formulas in MS Excel, which will carry 20 marks.
• The total duration of the Computer Skill Test will be 30 minutes.
• For the English Descriptive Test, candidates will be asked 2 questions and have to answer them in 30 minutes for 50 marks.
