The roles and responsibilities of candidates selected as MP Primary Teacher are as follows:
All the selected candidates will have to undergo a probationary period of three years before they are made permanent. During the probationary period, they will not be entitled to any benefits that a permanent employee receives. Once they complete three years of service, they will be made permanent based on their performance and progress.
