The Ministry of Railways follows a three-phase selection process to select suitable candidates for Sub Inspector posts in Railway Protection Force and Railway Protection Special Force. The following are the selection phases for RPF Sub Inspector 2023 recruitment:

RPF Sub Inspector Phase 1: CBT

The first stage of the RPF SI selection process is a computer-based test. The officials conduct CBT at various centres across the country. Furthermore, candidates have 15 language options from which they can opt for any one language for the medium of the test. RPF Sub Inspector Document Verification

The last round of the RPF SI selection procedure is document verification. Candidates have to carry original as well as self-attested photocopies of the following required documents for DV:

• Class 10/ matriculation certificate as proof of age
• Graduation certificate as proof of educational qualification
• Caste certificate (if any) in the prescribed format
• Discharge certificate for Ex-Serviceman.
• Two copies of self-attested colour photograph
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer in case of serving Govt. employees.
• Domicile certificate (if applicable)
