The authorities will shortlist candidates based on AMUEEE 2025 ranks for the counselling procedure. It will be held tentatively in September 2025. Candidates whose names are on the merit list will be eligible to move forward with the AMUEEE counselling process.  1st Step: Registration for counselling

1. The Candidates will be required to register for the AMUEEE 2025 counselling process. 
2. The candidates must register themselves online on the AMU official website.

4. Candidates will be required to attach important documents mandatorily.

2nd Step: Seat Allocation

1. The admit card: Original admit card with a photocopy (self-attested)
2. The scorecard 
3. Call Letter (Original admit card with a photocopy: Self-attested)
4. Class X and Class XII mark sheets.
5. Class X certificate or any other legal document as a birth proof document
6. Extracurricular certificate
7. Migration Certificate
8. Photo ID Proof: Adhaar Card, Passport, PAN card, etc.
9. Candidates are required to carry photocopies of each document. Candidates must keep it ready and self-attested.
10. Demand Draft attached in favour of Aligarh Muslim University with the fee amount.
11. Passport size photograph
12. NOC or No Objection Certificate from the concerned authority.
13. Medical Certificate
